FEES are my standard charges for each type of sale or purchase.  The services sub-links explain exactly what I do for those fees.

FEES DO NOT INCLUDE: Any unusual legal needs, such as assiting with a zoning change, drafting a Joint Driveway agreement or Joint Well agreement, etc.  I will give you advanced notice of anything that is not covered in my standard fees.
