SERVICES: Drafting the Offer to Purchase and any necessary Counter-Offers; drafting any agreed-upon amendments to an accepted Offer; reviewing the Commitment for Title Insurance; reviewing any pre-closing documents; answering any questions you may have during the process; and, attending the Closing as your legal representative. 

At the Closing, I explain each document you are signing.
