SERVICES: Assisting the Sellers in preparation of the Seller's Real Estate Condition Report and Lead Based Paint Disclosure forms; reviewing all Offers to Purchase; drafting all necessary Counter-Offers; drafting any agreed-upon amendments to an accepted Offer; ordering the Title Insurance Commitment; setting up the Closing; drafting the Deed* and Transfer Tax Return*; reviewing any pre-closing documents; answering any questions you may have during the process; and, attending the Closing as your legal representative.
At the Closing, I explain each document you are signing.
[* If you do not have an attorney, the Title Company will charge you for the preparation of the Deed and Transfer Tax Return by their own attorneys. The fees are $75 to $100 for that service, depending on the Title Company. My fees include preparing both of those documents.] |
