I have been a practicing attorney since 1975.  I found that I did not like doing most private practice activities, such as divorces, criminal defense, or bankruptcies.  So, in 1979, I limited my practice to handling only real estate transactions.  I have been specializing in that field ever since.

I work for the State of Wisconsin part time and operate my Real Estate business out of my home.  With low overhead, I can keep my fees reasonable.
